Experience - ​Beauty is in Steph’s blood—she comes from a long line of hairdressers, so it was only natural that she found her way behind the chair. With seven years of experience, she brings both precision and passion to her craft. When Kind Beauty Co opened its doors in November of 2022, Steph was there from the beginning, helping shape the culture and care that define the salon today.

Her natural leadership and love for supporting others quickly led to her role as Salon Manager, where she not only builds confidence behind the chair—but lifts up the entire team along the way.

Stephanie finds fulfillment in her career when she can be her true self with her guests. She not only loves to create a fun and comfortable environment, her passion is crafting a custom look for each one of her guests. Lived-in dimensional color is where her talent really shines. Everyone has a different story to tell, and their hair should be a representation of who they are.

Steph is also very precise in her work. She never leaves anything done halfway. She is very analytical in her consultations so that she can exceed expectations. From the color application, all the way to the finishing style. Steph is also very passionate about educating her guests on hair health and how they can recreate their style at home.

Beyond The Chair - Stephanie is the selfless friend. She puts her all into everything that she does, and expects nothing in return. For her, the people she loves are everything. She definitely carries this into her work life and always wants to give her guests the world. Outside of work Steph is very close to her sister, and her two nephews. She loves being the fun auntie and creating memories with them. Steph has been married to her husband Michael for five years, she is also a fur mama to two dogs Jasper and Peanut, and a special one-eyed rabbit named Wink.
